Ashlee began her massage therapy career in 2011, graduating with honors from Everest College in Bremerton, WA. She continued to advance her skills by training under renowned mentors, including Arik Gohl (Manual Ligament Therapy), James Waslaski (Orthopedic Massage), Tom Myers (Anatomy Trains), and the late Erik Dalton (Freedom from Pain Institute). Over the past 14 years, Ashlee has collaborated with doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, and surgeons across Washington, Texas, and Arizona.
After relocating to Phoenix, she earned her degree in Exercise Science and Wellness from Arizona State University, where she focused on the impact of exercise and nutrition on chronic disease. Her knowledge of biochemistry, kinesiology, and exercise programming gives her a unique perspective and skill set that few massage therapists bring to their practice.
Ashlee specializes in treating both acute and chronic pain through advanced soft tissue manipulation, with a particular passion for pre- and post-surgical care. She has extensive experience supporting patients through recovery from a wide range of procedures, including mommy makeovers, facelifts, breast augmentations and reductions, BBL, skin removal surgeries, and more. Her expertise also extends to working with patients undergoing or recovering from oncology treatments for cancer and Lyme disease.
Ashlee is currently the only certified Lypossage provider in the Phoenix and Scottsdale areas. This hands-on, non-invasive body contouring treatment combines lymphatic drainage, fascia release, and deep tissue massage to break up adhesions, release scar tissue, and enhance skin tone and firmness, all without the use of painful tools.
Outside of her professional work, Ashlee finds joy in exploring global cuisine, baking, singing, playing piano, weightlifting, and hiking. She also leads the children’s music program at her church. At home, she enjoys building intricate Lego sets and spending time playing games—board, card, and video—with her husband and three children (though occasionally she lets them win!).
