Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage, MLD

The lymphatic system is a network of vessels and organs that lie beneath the skin, and it’s a critical component of a healthy immune system. In fact, your lymphatic system acts almost like a garbage disposal, helping your body filter out waste, foreign cells, toxins and bacteria, literally fighting to keep your immunity strong. Normally, the lymphatic system collects lymph fluid and returns it to your heart through lymph vessels and nodes. But, when there's a disruption to your lymphatic system's process the fluid can slow down from moving through the lymph vessels properly, this may cause other problems to occur such as bloating, swelling, toxin built up, low energy, etc.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage, MLD is a very gentle form of hands-on massage and technique using special lotion to glide and gently sink into the tissue with the proper pressure as needed accommodating the client's need...the soft pumping throughout the body where the lymph nodes are situated is essential to "wake" up the lymph nodes as the MLD massage is in progress.
