Top NeuroMuscular and CranioSacral Pain Specialist in Arizona!
Pain has the power to change every aspect of a person's life. For more than two decades, Eva Savageau has dedicated her career to helping people reclaim their lives through lasting pain relief, restored movement and function, and renewed hope.
She believes pain should never define the way a person lives, moves, works, or experiences life. Whether someone is recovering from an injury, struggling with chronic pain, or looking beyond temporary relief, Eva's goal is always the same: to identify the underlying cause of dysfunction rather than simply treating symptoms, while helping patients restore function, movement, and lasting quality of life.
As the Founder of NeuroMuscular Pain & Wellness Center in Scottsdale, Arizona, Eva has built a practice centered on clinical excellence, compassionate care, and treating every patient as an individual. Every treatment begins with a comprehensive assessment and is thoughtfully customized based on each person's unique needs, goals, and condition.
After graduating with honors from Body Dynamics School of Massage Therapy in 2003, Eva pursued extensive post-graduate education to become a Certified Neuromuscular Therapist (CNMT) under W.D. Peter Lane, founder of the Neuromuscular Therapy Center of New Mexico. This advanced certification provided specialized training beyond massage school in neuromuscular assessment, muscular and nervous system dysfunction, clinical reasoning, and the treatment of complex pain conditions. She later expanded her expertise through the internationally recognized Upledger Institute, where she completed advanced CranioSacral Therapy training, allowing her to integrate Neuromuscular Therapy and CranioSacral Therapy into a highly individualized treatment approach. Eva remains committed to advanced continuing education and continually refines her clinical skills to provide the highest level of patient care.
Over the past two decades, Eva has become known for evaluating and treating some of the most challenging pain conditions, including chronic pain, sports injuries, occupational injuries, automobile injuries, nervous system dysfunction, emotional trauma, and complex musculoskeletal disorders. Her patients travel from across the United States and internationally seeking her specialized care.
Eva is a trusted referral for physicians and healthcare providers throughout Arizona, including Desert Spine and Sports Physicians, Internal Medicine of Arizona, Phoenix Children's Hospital Pain Clinic, and Scottsdale Neurology. She works in close collaboration with Dr. Jason Kaufman DC and continues to receive referrals from many other physicians and healthcare providers throughout the valley who value her clinical expertise, compassionate approach, and commitment to individualized patient care. She has also been honored as Best Alternative Pain Specialist in the Valley.
Eva has special interest in treating nervous system dysregulation and recognizes the profound influence the nervous system has on pain, movement, healing, and overall well-being. Her treatments focus on helping patients restore balance within the nervous system, supporting the body's natural healing process while improving function, reducing pain and enhancing quality of life.
Her passion for helping others is deeply personal. After suffering a severe shoulder and neck injury that left her living with debilitating chronic pain, Eva experienced firsthand the physical and emotional toll pain can take on every aspect of life. That experience forever changed the way she cares for others, giving her a deeper understanding of what her patients are facing and strengthening her commitment to providing compassionate, individualized care.
Today, Eva primarily focuses her clinical practice on helping individuals with complex and persistent pain conditions while leading and mentoring a team of highly skilled therapists who share her commitment to exceptional patient care. Her faith, compassion, and dedication to serving others remain the foundation of everything she does. She considers it one of life's greatest privileges to help people who are suffering from chronic and acute pain while watching the miracle of physical and emotional healing take place.
