Kim Marceau specializes in Advanced Myofascial Release Therapy. Myofascial Release Therapy is a hands-on modality that gently stretches the muscles and fascia, focusing on specific areas and causes of pain. This modality eliminates myofascial restrictions, adhesions and releases bound muscle fibers, thereby eliminating pain and restoring range of motion!
Unlike massage, Myofascial release does not use oils or lotion.
To aide in this therapy, Kim can use IASTM/Muscle Scrapping and Myofascial Cupping.
